Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, free of personal data, and securely packed in its original packaging including all chargers, cables, and documentation.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
